As a responsible organization, we are working to embed sustainable practices across our operations and value chain.Our groundwork around systematic monitoring of our ESG data since 2023, has enabled us to set clear strategic priorities for the years ahead, with quality and industry expertise as APG's key differentiators.Our ambition is to lead responsibly, drive innovation, and deliver long-term, sustainable value.

In 2025, APG performed a single materiality assessment as the foundation for our sustainability strategy. This, along with employee trainings and engagement, is a solid step towards aligning our operations with global sustainability standards.Our materiality assessment evaluated sustainability topics based on their potential impact (positive or negative) on APG Europe’s business, and their significance to stakeholders. The process included sustainability trainings and three dedicated workshops with APG’s leadership to understand market developments and ESG data. Feedback sessions with key suppliers, and a company-wide poll (80% response rate) helped validate the results.
